Individual Therapy Intake Assessment (60-90 minutes)	We will complete a full intake assessment and work together to determine your goals for therapy. ​	$265
Individual Therapy (55-60 minutes)	We will work on your goals with frequent progress check-ins so you know when it's time to end.	$150
Family Consultation	Our consultation helps families and loved ones by providing support and essential information about a diagnosis, treatment options and navigating through the regional voluntary and involuntary mental health treatment systems.	$150​​
Student Mental Health Services	We offer evidenced-based coaching to help students learn mental health skills that will give them the edge against new college stressors.	$150/session (3 sessions)

All payments are due at the time of service. There will be a $75 charge for any missed appointment or appointment not cancelled within 24 hours. MindWise currently accepts most commercial insurance plans, including United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem, UC Student Resource and Cigna.
